Bio:

Beth Rambin is a seasoned and skilled litigator with 39 years of experience. Beth has represented corporate and insurance clients in Louisiana state and federal district courts and as pro hac vice counsel in out of state district courts in the areas of automobile liability, employer’s lability, premises liability, environmental, toxic tort and class action litigation, products liability, Louisiana workmen’s compensation claims and Longshore and Harbor Worker’s Compensation Act (LHWCA) claims. Additionally, Beth has defended claims involving the Americans with Disability Act, as well as suits arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 as amended and the Louisiana Anti-Discrimination Act involving claims of hostile work environment and quid pro quo sex harassment, race, sex and pregnancy discrimination. Beth also has experience with the analysis and defense of insurance coverage claims and suits. Beth’s appellate experience is also long and varied. Beth has orally argued cases before all Louisiana Courts of Appeal, the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeal and the Bureau of Immigration Appeals.
