Ms. Fleming joined the firm in 2024, after gaining a wide variety of legal experience, primarily in the areas of insurance defense and toxic tort defense. She has also practiced for many years as a Plaintiff’s attorney, representing clients in claims involving, personal injury, maritime, toxic torts, and class actions.
Ms. Fleming is licensed to practice in all Court of the State of Louisiana and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Louisiana, as well as the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Ms. Fleming is presently an associate with the firm in the litigation section, with a concentration in insurance defense and coverage. She is a member of the New Orleans, Jefferson, and Louisiana State Bar Associations.
